BOSU Bootcamp
This class takes your BOSU workout to the next level! Combinations of cardio and strength training drills that utilize a variety of equipment such as body bars and resistance bands, provides a non-stop, challenging, total body workout. This class will test your agility and strength, and be sure to make you sweat! Registration Details
BOSU Pilates
Discover a leaner, more confident body image with our BOSU Pilates program. This dynamic, super fun class offers a full body workout by challenging your stability, strength, flexibility and coordination. The BOSU is incorporated into Mat Pilates exercises to add new dimensions of balance and concentration to the traditional Pilates workout. This class will improve your core strength, muscular stability and intensify your Pilates practice. Registration Details
Olympic Lifting Techniques
Interested in learning some Olympic lifts? Then this is the program for you! We will take you through various types of Olympic lifts such as front and back squat, push press, push jerk, overhead squat, clean and jerk, and snatch. This class will focus on developing proper form and technique to advance your athletic ability. Registration Details
TRX Yoga
This class combines the best of both worlds, TRX Suspension Training and Yoga! TRX training will challenge your strength, balance, and joint stability as you utilize your own body weight and gravity. The second half of the class moves you onto the mat, where you will be lead through a power vinyasa flow yoga practice that integrates breath and movement. Registration Details
Strength Trainer Course
Learn to develop safe and effective resistance training programs. Topics include training modalities, program progressions, basic nutrition, and exercise analysis. Prerequisite: BCRPA approved Fitness Theory Course or degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology or equivalent. Course textbook for both Strength and Personal Training will be an additional cost of $95.00 and must be purchased at the time of registration. Registration Details
Pilates Progressive with Props
Add some variety to your Pilates routine with this prop class that utilizes a variety of equipment to strengthen and stretch your body. Pilates props are a great tool to learn and challenge core connection, proper alignment, while providing you with a full body workout that will improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is an athletic and physically demanding form of yoga. It is an energetic styles of yoga that co-ordinates breath with movement that cleanses, detoxifies, and strengthens the body while calming the mind. Registration Details
PowerFlow Yoga
Ignite your internal fire and sweat out stress! This fun, flowing yoga class will energize the body and focus the mind. Utilizing balance, strength and focus, learn to flow from posture to posture with ease. Explore invigorating standing sequences, fun arm balances for strength, back bending for flexibility, and dynamic core strengthening and stabilizing as you flow with your breath. Registration Details
DOWNdawg Yoga
Hip Hop music + Flow Yoga = DOWNdawg Yoga! D-dawg is bringing a ground breaking fusion of classic yoga practice and high energy, current hip hop music. We offer the chance to get into your favorite yoga flow sequences, get your heart rate pumping while rocking to electric beats all class long. No dance experience necessary, as the music melds in with the moves, and the moves are in tune with your breath, giving participants the ultimate, fun and funky workout. Registration Details

TRX Suspension Training is a new category of exercise for athletes and beginners of all abilities that leverages one's own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. This class is open to all sports, ages and is co-ed. No matter if you're a high level athlete or a weekend warrior, suspension training will help improve your game and quality of life. Need a nudge? How about a push? This Boot Camp style program will run you through a variety of TRX strength exercises fused with cardio intervals - leaving you feeling accomplished and strong. Meditation
Meditation affords a deeper, more relaxed connection with living than our schedules often allow. This course will provide instruction in a body-centered technique and guidance in integrating this practice into daily life. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. Registration Details
Yoga
Hatha Flow Yoga
A gentle yet invigorating yoga practice with emphasis on postural alignment, the asanas (yoga postures) are dynamically linked together to explore the relationship between breath and movement. Power Vinyasa Flow
A powerful and athletic yoga practice where flowing asana sequences are woven through sun salutations and blended with held postures. This class focuses on integrating breath and movement. Registration Details
Yoga Core
A Fluid Style approach to yoga, learn asanas (postures) that strengthen Core muscle groups and improve overall alignment in the body. In this class we discover our Core as Center by using breath and movement to develop focus and relaxation from within. All levels welcome.Registration Details

Pilates
Pilates Fitness
Get it all in one class! Starting with 20 minutes of aerobic activity, the heart gets pumping through use of the steps and athletic drill-type moves. Then transitioning to the floor with a 5 minute stretch, this class ends with 30 minutes of Pilates catered to the beginner or intermediate participant. Registration Details
Pilates Strength
Join us for 55 minutes if strengthening and lengthening to music. An integration of pilates, body-weight exercises and stretches, this class will leave you feeling connected to the power house of your body - the core. Move more efficiently, relieve tight postural muscles and strengthen the entire body from the inside out. Please wear workout attire with running shoes. You may bring your own pilates mat if you wish. Registration Details
Pilates Level 1
Pilates offers stretching and strengthening of muscles that will enhance core stability, aid in postural balance and assist in injury prevention.Registration Details
Pilates Fusion Flow
Using the fundamentals of Pilates Core Stabilization as a base, this class will blend the balance and precision of pilates with the strength and flow of Vinyasa style yoga asanas creating a vigorous, safe, and effective workout that encourages everyone to enjoy each breath and each movement in each moment. Pilates - Progressive
Building on the fundamentals of Pilates, core stability, balance and flexibility will be challenged for an overall strengthening and stretching workout. A background in Pilates would be welcomed. Registration Details
Personal Training
Fitness Consultation - This one hour is suited for those looking for suggestions for changes to their existing fitness program or for the new exerciser looking for more information on how to get started.
Member: $46.75 Non-Member: $57.75
'Getting Started' program - This program is suited for those learning or reviewing the skills and techniques in any fitness program. Your personal trainer will work with you to outline a fitness program suited to your individual needs and put this plan into action. You will learn safe and effective techniques over a few sessions to help promote the learning process.
Member: $176.25 Non-member: $220.75
'Achieving Success' program - This package is suited for those who are challenged by making fitness a lifelong habit. It has been suggested that approximately 60% of people starting a new exercise regime will drop out after six months. Don’t let this happen to you! With the “Achieving Success” package, you will not only receive a detailed program suited to your needs, but you will also learn strategies that will help you create a permanent lifestyle change.
